美蓓亞三美集團旗下的三美電機(以下簡稱“三美電機”),推出的全新產品MQC883系列是用于智能手機和其他信息終端設備的鋰離子電池保護IC

MQC883系列可以在美國高通的驍龍雙(shuang)芯移動平臺中(zhong),與快速充電系統(tong)相輔相成。

→ 無法從電(dian)池(chi)組的(de)正負極監(jian)測(ce)(ce)單個電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓。通過(guo)使用電(dian)池(chi)保護(hu)IC的(de)BS端子,可以安全、準確(que)地(di)監(jian)測(ce)(ce)電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓,且不(bu)受感測(ce)(ce)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)、MOSFET導通電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)和(he)接線電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)等電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)元件(jian)的(de)影響。

② 通過檢測電池和感應電阻器之間的電壓,防止電池組出現過充電/過放電/過電流等問題

→內(nei)置功能可在充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong)監(jian)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),并在過充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)過放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)關閉(bi)充(chong)(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)MOSFET以(yi)中(zhong)斷(duan)充(chong)(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流,還可監(jian)測感應電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)兩端的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),并在過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流時(shi)關閉(bi)充(chong)(chong)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)MOSFET以(yi)中(zhong)斷(duan)異常電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流。

③ 監測電池組內部的溫度,在溫度異常升高時中斷充放電電流,以確保電池組的安全

→電池保護IC監測(ce)外部NTC熱(re)敏(min)電阻(zu)的阻(zu)值(zhi)變化(hua),在阻(zu)值(zhi)變化(hua)到相當于異常高溫時(shi),關閉(bi)充放(fang)電控(kong)制(zhi)MOSFET,切(qie)斷充放(fang)電電流。
